Voor de derde keer een solo-expositie in Woerden? Dan doe je iets goed!<br />

||
(1950 Waddinxveen; Academie van Beeldende Kunsten Rotterdam) nam ons
|
||
na 2011 en 2013 weer mee in zijn wereld. Zijn voortdurende zoektocht
|
||
naar nieuwe ontdekkingen duurt onverminderd voort en levert
|
||
schitterende werken op. De nadruk in de expositie ligt deze keer op
|
||
schilderijen, maar Loef toont ook een ode aan Alberto Giacometti met
|
||
een prachtige portrettekening en objecten. </span></p>
|
||
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);">
|
||
Loef heeft een heel herkenbaar handschrift met een grafische
|
||
associatie. Zijn kleurpalet is zacht met een vleugje pastel. Vaak
|
||
verwerkt hij in zijn schilderijen een applicatie zoals knopen, draadjes
|
||
of metaal. Het voegt wat toe aan het geschilderde, en vormt daarmee een
|
||
eenheid. Loefs werk is chique-stoer, in balans en geordend. Het speelt
|
||
met spanning en verrassing. Heerlijk!
